For our clients who utilize the Online Ordering & Tracking system please download our QCS “Smart” Icon to your desktop. The “Smart” Icon allows you to quickly access your Online system without having to enter your user id and password. Just ONE click and you’re in!

For those clients who already have an Online Ordering & Tracking account, simply follow the steps below to download the “Smart” Icon to your desktop.

If you are current QCS customer and would like to set-up an Online account, please contact us and someone will activate your account TODAY!

Steps to Download “Smart” Icon:
  1 - Click on the brown QCS Icon to the left of the screen.
  2 - Click Run on the new window that appears.
  3 - Click Run again.
  4 - Click Next
  5 - Enter your Login Name and Password (it is exactly the same as your current login and password)
   
Your password must be five digits and it consists of your account number plus zero’s (if needed) added to the beginning to equal five digits.
  • Example: if your account # is 123, your password will be 00123.
  • Example: if your account # is 1234, your password will be 01234.
  6 - Click Next.
  7 - Select “I accept the agreement”.
  8 - Click Next.
  9 - Click Finish.
